Rina, Singer, Songwriter born September 6, in Los Angeles, CA., where she was raised and first introduced to music. Rina’s passion for singing was first noticed at the tender age of seven years old by her parents, which also was part of a musical lineage from the 60s and 70s. She began developing her craft in church and school choirs and testing her skill in local community events. Rina likes to identify herself as being shy, but you would never know it when she’s on stage because of the attention draw that she commands when on stage. Her sound is like no other, her style stands alone as a Neo-Jazz Artist.  
  
Lately, Rina’s song “Naturaal” won a virtual award on GHP Internet Radio for Best Female R & B Track Artist. But not to stop there she also won the award for “Rising Star In Jazz”, at the Black Women In Jazz Award Show out of Atlanta, GA. Opening for such artist as Dwele and Lakeside among others. 
  
Rina is one of those Jazz Singers that you’ll fall in love with and remember from her style and beauty. Her music speaks to your inner soul and touches your heart making you feel exactly what her music is expressing.
